What is a fool? Greek word:3474. Dull or stupid (as if shut up) IE,heedless (didnt head the cry to prepare)
Key Point.
Fools,3474 comes from Greek word 3466. “ “shut” the mouth.” “Through the idea of “silence” imposed by initiation into religious rites.”
This is a very important point.
In other words,to be ALLOWED to be part of religious rites....for certain religious rites to be enjoyed as part of the religion...for the 5 Virgin Fools to be part of them...the Fools allowed and chose silence to be imposed upon themselves.
It was 2 things according to Greek meaning. The Fools “shut the mouth” in “silence”. And it was imposed. “Imposed” is an outside influence. But it had to be choice also to be “silenced”. What was the imposing or leverage that got them to be silenced ? To be enjoy “initiation into religious rites.”
The Virgin Fools are ones who allow themselves to be “shut up” because its imposed by religious initiation,to be part of the religious rites or practices...conditions put upon them (via the Seller/GB) so they can stay part of JWs and enjoy the “ religious rites or practices” that go on within JW's.
As we will see,ALL Virgins when Invited are Bride Lamps..Lamps for their Bridegroom,Jesus. All should speak out and shine spiritual light because of their Love for their Bridegroom. Light that could have come from the once Virgin Wise but now Fools and radiated out,is “shut up” so as to not be “seen”. They allow the “imposed silence”,which is a reflection of their allowing the Seller to dictate terms as to what is “light”,when,if they allowed HS to be active within themselves,They could radiate light...and be a lamp and “vessel” for HS. They had this when first “Invited”
“Shut up” is also about being silent. How is a “Lamp” to Shine ? By speaking out. The light within them via Holy Spirit gives them spiritual light as an Invited One...but for this to be known and heard,the “Lamp” speaks out. They “Shine” by declaring verbally what the light is. So a Fool allows themselves to not shine by being “Shut up”,thus,not shining.
Also,choosing to be a Fool,has made them dull or stupid: “Dull or stupid (as if shut up)” Because they chose to be a silenced Fool instead of shining light and speaking out,this has restricted Holy Spirit to be upon them. Because of this,they ARE also “Dull or stupid” spiritually. They say things that reflect being spiritually “Dull or stupid” as we will see.
So lets not be “kind” in this matter and say “5 Virgins are Fool..ish” as some translations call them...as if slight fools,or only partial Fools. When we see what they did with the Seller,there is no minimising what they are... Fools of the most “stupid” (Greek Meaning) kind ! They missed out on being with their Bridegroom !
The Wise must be opposite. They were not “shut up”. They spoke out about the Light. They WERE Bride Lamps. They did not allow Silence to be “imposed” upon them.
